Hi Team, Magali here!

Welcome to my website and thank you for being willing to get to know me better.

The truth is, I'm still on a journey to figuring out who I am, every day navigating the ebbs and flows of life. What helps me do that? My yoga practice. It has been my constant for years, giving me the opportunity to reconnect with myself, reigniting my sense of purpose in this world. It is my mission to provide a safe space through the practice of yoga and inspire you to see just how magnificent and capable you truly are.

I spiraled into a deep depression a few months after giving birth to my baby girl. I completely lost myself, alongside my yoga practice. I felt shame, anger, resentment, and everything in between. It took me a long time to seek professional help. I had to dig very deep and ask myself some hard questions. Slowly my practice came back. It enabled me to hold space for myself. To check in and reconnect with me. Gradually, I found myself again. Or at least opened myself up to the opportunities and beauty that lay ahead in this life. Remembering that, everything I feel is valid, and my thoughts and emotions don't define me. Holding space for myself through breathwork and movement has been paramount to my healing, and I am determined to share the love and encourage those of you in dark places, or maybe not feeling completely fulfilled, to know that you have everything you need inside you. More often than not, it's about tuning inwards, shutting out the external noise, and quietening our inner demons, as we open ourselves up to our full potential.

I first got into yoga for the physical side of it. I never realised the deep transformation it could offer me. The mental strength it would help me build, the emotional resilience it would open up, and the functional mobility it would provide to ensure a life of longevity in mind, body, and spirit, full of vitality and compassion.

This practice has changed my life.

Let's Practice Together!

I like to call yoga "movement meditation". You know your body better than anyone. I invite you to let go of what you think "yoga" is and enjoy the movement, enjoy the flow of breath and body as one. Who cares what it looks like!? How does it FEEL? I invite you to be silly, to play, to explore, to have fun, and let go of expectations. It's a judgement free space - let's explore together!
